With an estimated cost of 4.5 billion RMB (690 million US dollars), the CITIC Financial Center is located in the Super Headquarters Base in Shenzhen Bay. The project covers a total land area of 31,463.77 square meters and a floor area of 380 thousand square meters. It is mixed use project, which also includes the functions of financial headquarters, five-star hotels, international conference rooms and shopping malls.
CITIC executed the project’s EPC Contract on September 25th, 2020. Construction on the project has officially commenced.
