CITIC Construction and the Ministry of Public Works and Housing of Venezuela signed the contract for the FANB office building project in August 2014. The project occupies an area of 7.92 hectares and has an overall building area of 210,000 square meters. Apart from offices and dorms, each building has public facilities such as laundry room, bank, coffee house, canteen and store. Upon completion, the FANB office building can offer office space to 2,240 people and accommodate 986 people.
